I have received your letter of 12th. February, inforzing me that e balance of $56.20 remains due on a judgment given against me in default of appearance ate. A. B. Suffiad. I gather that it is a request for payment, an i have received no application from the plaintiff's Bolicitor. This is quite irregular, as the Court has no power to assist a suitor shərə the defendant is out of

Moreover, as I have received no taxed the jurisdiction. bill of costa, I am unable to decide whether to appeal against the taration or not: nor do I understand how the amount which appears ezosesive has been arrived at, nor the cause of delay in taxing.
